My son had saved all his money to buy this Nerf Scooter 2.0 - he used it for a half a day and then the toggle switch that adjusts the angle of the nerf gun broke off. Hopefully the warranty will cover this...

Broken Blaster

Bought this super cool scooter for my son’s 5th birthday in November. He was super excited because he’d been asking for a scooter and he is a big nerf gun fan. On the 2nd trip out the nerf blaster would not work. We never did anything wrong just broke on its own and won’t shoot. He is super disappointed and doesn’t want to ride it now.

Beware

I am only rating the scooter 1 star because it arrived missing 1 small but important part. Without this part the dart blaster doesn't work. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago asking how I could get the missing part sent to me. I have not received any response. I understand this is likely just a manufacturing error, but the lack customer service is more frustrating than the missing part. My kid asks me every day if his blaster is fixed.
